Due to COVID, our standard shipping times have been affected. Please allow additional days on all shipping services as our team continues to work to ensure your item/s are delivered to you as quick as possible.


Are your products authentic?

YES, all products sold on our website are put through a legit checking process by our team here at AM2PM, who have extensive knowledge and experience. All items are authenticated prior to being listed on the website.

 

Are your products brand new?

YES, all products are brand new and comes with their original tags, box and accessories.

 
How long does my order take to process?

Orders are generally processed on the same day they are placed. This means the team at AM2PM will pack your item/s on the same day, ready to be shipped the following business day. However on public holidays and weekends, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.

 

How long does shipping take?

After your order has been successfully placed, our team carefully packs your item/s on the same day, ready to be shipped the following business day. Processing time may be subject to change (please read above). For domestic shipping, Australia Post is our choice of carrier where you can expect standard shipping (2-5 days from dispatched) and express shipping (1-3 days from dispatched).

How can I track my order?
